Questionnaire Design

international-weltweitThe most common way of collecting data about seminar success is the questionnaire. Whether as a simple answer sheet or as an in-depth follow-up tool – questionnaires are used to collect comprehensive information of participants and establish tangible results. Because of the option to collect data for level 1 to 4 the questionnaire design is of highest importance. Many organisations already use self-developed questionnaires. Often these are referred to as "Happiness Sheets" or "Smile Sheets" – wrongly, if designed and implemented in the right manner.

Often neither the statistical relevance nor the key questions and benefit indicators, established through the ROI methodology, are considered whilst designing the questionnaire. Therefore the results of the questionnaires are not highly acknowledged within the organisation.
