ROI-Seminars
Evaluation helps organisations to do the right things. You can decide if you wish to receive the know-how by external support/consulting of the ROI-Institut or/and want to build-up the necessary competencies in your organisation through seminars.
The ROI-Institut provides you with all necessary competencies in the seminars ROI 1 to ROI 3 (described in detail in the following) so that 
you are able to analyse and improve your HRD initiatives independently.
We would be happy to support you in choosing the right seminar so that you do the right things right from the start.
You receive a pre-study for all seminars. In the ROI 2 and ROI 3 seminars you can analyse your individual HRD initiative.
Seminar: ROI 1 - ROI ProcessTM Introduction,
1 Day (more than 9.000 participants)
1-day-seminar, to get to know the possibilities to implement the ROI ProcessTM in your own organisation. The participants experience in detail the 5 levels of evaluation by Kirkpatrick and Phillips as well as the ROI ProcessTM, the standard process for effective and efficient evaluation. Moreover a success analysis with benchmark is conducted for your own organisation to decide, if a systematic evaluation can help your organisation. Seminar: ROI 2 – ROI Competency Building Seminar,
2 Days (more than 16.000 participants)
2-day-seminar to implement the ROI ProcessTM in your own organisation. The participants learn about the various evaluation methods and how a data collection plan is developed with regard to their own HRD initiative. Possible barriers and enablers during the implementation are discussed.

Seminar: ROI 3 - Certification,
4 - 5 Days (more than 2.500 certified participants)
4 - 5 days seminar, to be certified as ROI expert to act in own organisation as "internal consultant". The participants are able to use the ROI ProcessTM incl. the ROI-forecast. An own ROI-project is already prepared in the seminar and finally realised in your organisation. After internal project success (Duration about 3 -9 months) the participants are certified as ROI-Project leader. The ROI-Project leader can use all ROI documents in certified organisations (including organisational wide licensing).
