5000 HRD initiatives are analysed worldwide each year with studies to verify and improve the impact of training initiatives on companys key figures and hard data. This research analyses various effects of for example trainings methodologies, training contents and learning processes for individuals and organisations. The learning transfer and involvement of leaders are also examined. What these studies all have in common is that they all use the same analysing process, the Return on Investment-Process (ROI ProcessTM).
